Cancel Subscription
We make cancellation simple and transparent. Here is everything you need to know about ending your Grok Solutions subscription.
How to Cancel
- Log into your Grok Solutions account and navigate to Settings > Billing.
- Click 'Cancel Subscription' and follow the confirmation prompts.
- You will receive a cancellation confirmation email immediately.
- Alternatively, email help@groksolutions.com with the subject 'Cancel Subscription' from your registered email address.
- Our support team will process email cancellation requests within 1 business day.
What Happens After Cancellation
- Your subscription remains active until the end of your current billing period — you will not be charged again.
- All active workflows and integrations will continue to run until the billing period ends.
- After expiration, your account enters read-only mode for 30 days so you can export your data.
- After the 30-day read-only period, your data may be permanently deleted per our Privacy Policy.
Data Export Before Cancellation
We strongly recommend exporting your data before your subscription ends. You can export workflow configurations, integration settings, and project data from Settings > Data Export at any time while your account is active or in read-only mode.
Reactivation
You may reactivate your subscription at any time by logging into your account and selecting a new plan. If your data has not yet been deleted (within the 30-day read-only window), it will be restored upon reactivation. After data deletion, reactivation creates a new account.
Refunds Upon Cancellation
Cancellation does not automatically trigger a refund. If you believe you are eligible for a refund under our 30-day satisfaction guarantee or renewal refund policy, please submit a separate refund request to help@groksolutions.com. See our Refund Policy for full details.
Annual Plan Cancellations
If you subscribed on an annual plan, cancellation will take effect at the end of your annual term. You will retain access for the full year you have paid for. Pro-rated refunds for annual plans are not available except within the initial 30-day satisfaction guarantee window.
Enterprise Cancellations
Enterprise customers should contact their dedicated account manager or email help@groksolutions.com to initiate cancellation. Enterprise cancellation terms are governed by your specific contract. A 30-day written notice may be required as specified in your agreement.
